High Vibrations : Yoga + CBD + Sound Healing
Come join us for an incredibly powerful night filled with three different types of transformational healing modalities. You will first start your journey with the option of experiencing Fire Organix top of the line CBD products, and then the night will officially kick off as you push your body both mentally and physically in a dynamic and vigorous yoga class. As your body begins to open up you will begin to slow down and enter into a therapeutic Yin closing sequence.
This is the time that the magic will really start to happen as Jesse from 432 sound healing will begin a carefully curated set of notes to match the corresponding postures. As you finally relax fully into your savasana, the sound bath will encompass your whole being and you will be lead on a journey of relaxation and healing.
Sound Healing will help you:
* Traverse the 'inner landscape' to access deep wisdom
* Release old patterns of negative energy
* Reconnect to your God-nature and Soul-Self
* Experience subtle states of awareness
* Deeply relax, unwind tension, dissolve stress
CBD FRIENDLY OPTION
Now you can amplify the effects of sound healing - total relaxation and bliss - CBD oil.
CBD is the non-psychoactive component of marijuana.
It calms the mind, relaxes the nervous system and the muscles. YOU DON'T GET HIGH, you become more embodied, and experience yourself as a holy vessel - filled with sacred sound, vibration, and pure energy!
We hope you'll join us!

Kirtan Community Gathering
"Kirtan is the glue that bonds our hearts together.”
That’s a quote from David Newman, who observes that chanting as a group brings people together as a community in a way that no other form of yoga does. In a world filled with messages about how we’re separate from each other and separate from the divine, chanting mantras together can provide an antidote.
“Kirtan was created to fuel a sense of connection and unity,”
So once the Kirtan begins, it is essentially singing along to the devotional chants. These chants are very similar to the mantras you repeat in Japa meditation. As time progresses, you enter a meditative and blissful state. Some people get up and dance along to the music as they chant, others clap, or some people just close their eyes and chant.
It is a very personal experience, but you still feel connected as you chant and sing with everyone in the room.

Embodied Anatomy Series
HIPS AND PELVIS
MARCH 14TH, 2020 2:00 - 5:00 PM
In this workshop we will investigate the anatomy of the pelvis and the hip joints, learning how to use the practice of yoga to create stability, ease and balanced movement in this critical area. We will be trying to wake up some of the sleepy places in the hips which, when awakened, contribute to ease of movement in the asanas and beyond.
FEET AND ANKLES
APRIL 18TH, 2020 2:00 - 5:00 PM
The feet and ankles are the primary foundation of many yoga postures and as we navigate the world. In this workshop we will investigate the structure and movement of the feet and ankles, working to create a more balanced, responsive pair of feet that will help us find more ease in the poses and to move more comfortably through our lives.
SHOULDER AND NECK
MAY 16TH, 2020 2:00 - 5:00 PM
After looking at the structure of the shoulder girdle and of the neck and upper chest we explore the use of asana to open, strengthen and bring these areas into alignment. Emphasis will be on the gliding movements of the shoulder blades and reducing head forward posture.
Who is Jon Lee:
Jon has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years.
His classes are rooted in anatomy and involve creative use of props and sequencing to allow the body to open more fully into the asanas, enabling the practitioner to find stability and ease in the poses. He is a graduate of the 500 hour Advanced Studies Program at The Yoga Room in Berkeley and is indebted to and influenced by many teachers Tom Hess, Debra Hutchings, Ada Lusardi,
Mary Lou Weprin, and Donald Moyer.
